SEMESTER COURSE NOTES FOR 58-HOUR MAJOR
- Psych 513 will become a lower level course beginning in SU12 (Psych 3513). If you take this course after SP12, you CANNOT COUNT IT for Advanced Area A.
- Psych 530 will become a lower level course beginning in SU12 (Psych 3530). If you take this course after SP12, you CANNOT COUNT IT for Advanced Area C.
- For the BS major in Psychology, you are strongly encouraged to take Psych 220 and Psych 321 either BOTH under quarters or BOTH under semesters (Psych 2220 and Psych 3321).
- For the BA major in Psychology, you are not required to take Psych 321. However, if you plan to take Psych 321, you are strongly encouraged to take Psych 220 and Psych 321 either BOTH under quarters or BOTH under semesters (Psych 2220 and Psych 3321).
- The pre-requisite structure is changing for Psych 540. Beginning in SU12, the new pre-requisites will be Psych 331 OR 335 OR 530.
- The pre-requisite structure is changing for Psych 600. Beginning in SU12, the new pre-requisite will be Psych 313.
- Please note that if you are away from OSU for more than 4 years, you will be required to follow the current major requirements. Please see your Psychology Advisor if you have any questions.
