Introduction to Data Analysis in Psychology

Prerequisites: Math 130 or 148

Course Description and Objectives:
This course is an introduction to statistical data analysis in Psychology. The course is designed to develop a solid understanding of the basic principles of statistical reasoning, the focus of lectures would be on the Theoretical Ideas and Computational Aspects of Statistical Techniques. Course topics include Percentiles, Probability, Correlation, Sampling Distributions and Hypothesis Testing.
